Daydream Pictures is currently in post-production on Bubblez: Love, Drag, and the Power of Family - a feature documentary set in New Orleans following drag mother Bubblez, an award-winning pageant queen, master seamstress, and matriarch of the House of Alexander.

When Bubblez’s 19-year-old biological daughter unexpectedly moves in with him, father and daughter must navigate life together in a new way, building a deeper relationship while Bubblez continues mentoring over 25 members of his house family and traveling the pageant circuit to show up for them all. Featuring an original soundtrack, the film explores chosen family, parenthood, drag, music, and the transformative power of love and resilience.

Now in its final stage, the film is raising finishing funds for festival and theatrical release.
