"BUBBLEZ" is a documentary about a drag mother leading the House of Alexander in New Orleans. Mentoring over 20 young LGBTQ+ adults, Bubblez works to preserve Southern drag traditions while creating a space of creativity and belonging. As black queer venues in the city shut down and his drag kids lose their stage, Bubblez reconnects with his biological daughter, sparking a journey of healing through music. BUBBLEZ is a story of queer love, resilience, and the transformative power of drag in both biological and chosen families.
